  On turf? There's a loot called warehouse later on the gives an extra slot.

  Only with the warehouse.

  The warehouse allows you to put 5 upgrades on a turf, not including the warehouse.

  You get it al level 33. Can you place it on a "turf" if you already have 4 loot on it?
