Help finding a Vehicle Depo

  I know that there are three different tiers of scanning, and that you can get different items for each one, but I was wondering whether certain items (specifically the Vehicle Depo in my case) could only be found with lower-tier scans, or if I can still find it with tier 3. Thanks.

  The vehicle depot can only be found on tier 2 scans.

  Vehicle depots are rare and yeah can only be found on tier 2 if ur looking to hop and stack up a bunch you'd better be ready for some stam refills
