Negative income question

  Just curious, because I've had it in the past, does a negative income actually take away motet from you, or does it just not let you collect any?

  It stops you collecting any, but if you go a long time without collecting your income you start to get a dispute penalty (I think)

  Oh okay thanks. If anybody knows for sure about the penalty, I would like to know.

  That dispute thing is wrong. I'm 800k plus in the hole with no dispute penalty.

  I remember nick mentioning some kind of penalty, either with disputes or base upgrades. Maybe it hasn't been implemented yet, like the loot weapons
