  What happens when your PR hits 0? What is PR for?????

  It's a factor in your attack power. The lower it gets, the less power you'll have. So theoretically, if your PR were to hit 0, you'd probably never win a fight, no matter how hard you try.

  And PR stands for Public Relations (which is why it lowers when you attack a weak player)
