  If the leader of a syndicate no longer wants to lead, is there a way to transfer leadership to another person? How does the new leader invite players, etc??

  To my knowledge you have to delete and have the new leader re-make the syndicate...

  If you message support and tell them what you want to do, they will take care of it for you.
