  When you attack a base to acquire it, does the influence of either bases affect the difficulty?

  No. It's determined by each player's total number of armed agents and their equipment only. There are upgrades that increase a base's defense, but nobody uses them.

  I don't know how to go about this part of the game. Once I put a base in a acquisition zone and wait 24 hours, this is still unchecked.

  " *Name* is at their daily acquisition limit "

  And how do I know if Agents are active?
