  So I have got 21/21 bases with about 6 directorships. And I get around 365k/24 hours and I have 1.1 million cash what can I do with it? All I'm doing is just building bases using casino/office upgrades just to gain money

  Save it. Level up, get warehouses, distribution centers, and vehicle depots. Then start hopping. You can go through 40mil easily just with one base depending on the area, plus you get tiberium !

  Don't upgrade your original bases. As you get better upgrades, build new bases and teardown your old ones. This will help build your base building skill set.
