  Why am I losing fight against far weaker people when they show up in my dispute list?

  Don't worry I got beat by a guy with 12 agents and I had 35 at the time and fully armed.

  There is an element of luck, it is possible to beat an 'Impossible?' Opponent - hence the ? at the end. Also I believe if a small guy beats a tough guy he will get a far greater reward.
