How to arm your agents ?

  Can someone explain this to me? I know where to but the weapon but do they need armor etc too? How are you arming your agents? I'm growing but I'm unarmed so naturally I'm getting attached and losing. Thanks

  I buy both a weapon , the best I can afford, and a riot shield to beef up my defence. Hope this helps
