Planting over limit?

  So apparently it is possible to plant over your limit for a small amount of time reduction. Does the amount of time get larger as you go further over your limit? Are there any other penalties?

  It seems that the cost is higher, although its not really clear what factors influence cost.

  yes, first one is 15 min, second one is about 1.5hrs, then keeps going up. if you hire more workers while this is going on it finishes, if your bases and orker counts are the same

  Huh, in TW all you could do after going over limit is cap, now it's just the opposite. Lol, new strategies to be discovered.

  Any idea if new workers come with leveling up, or do they have to be purchased?

  At least early on you get an additional worker every level or two.
