Base max out?

  so i have 13 bases and it says that i can build up to 27 bases. Once i reach the 27 goal, how do i make more bases after that?

  View bases
  Hire workers
  Then covert your Tiberium into more workers (workers=bases)

  You get more Tiberium by either paying for it, or by placing bases in new territories.
