Buying workers?

  If you buy workers will you still get them when you level up? One thread I read made it sound like you are allowed X amount at each level & if you were over that level it just waited to give them to you again when you leveled up far enough to be below that levels limit. I want to buy some workers, but if it really does work that way ill just put my tib elsewhere.

  If you don't get a solid answer I recommend getting up around lvl 30 where leveling gets slow first before you do it to be safe
