    AGENTS
    Getting Agents
Many people may wonder how to obtain agents. The easiest way is to build one of three upgrades that give you agents: Armory, Private Security, or Agent Recruitment Center. You must scan the map to find these and then equip them to a base. You will then gain an extra 1,2, or 3 agents respectively.
    Equipping Agents
Once you have agents, they must have a weapon to help you in combat. You can purchase weapons by scrolling to the bottom of your profile and selecting 'Get Items.' By buying these guns, you automatically equip your agents. The game will automatically select the best weapons for your agents, so you don't have to worry about that.
    Cyborg Agents
There is one other way to gain agents. For 60 tiberium you can get one Cyborg Agent. These act like regular agents, but their base upgrades cannot be destroyed, they are indestructible.

    BASES
    Building a Base
Bases are the most important thing in the game. Creating them is quite simple. Simply go to the map, click 'Build' and select a location in the green circle to build your base. This can cost anywhere from 5 to 50 thousand dollars. Your base will generate income automatically, but you can increase this by placing upgrades on your base.
    Where to build Bases.
In SquirrelPig's recent thread, he explains that building in small regions is the best, as they give way more income. Check out his guide for more info.

    DIRECTORSHIPS
    Becoming Director
To become a director, you must be the most powerful player in the region. This is based on influence, which you get through bases. See how much influence you have in a region by going to its page and scrolling to the bottom.
    Perks of Directorship
The only perk of being director as of now is a 10% income bonus for all bases in said region. See how many you have on your profile.

    SCANNING
    How to Scan
To gain resources and equip your bases, it is essential to scan. Do this by going to the map, clicking the 'scan' button, and clicking in the blue circle, much like building. To scan, you must have a certain amount of stamina.
    Scanning Levels
There are three tiers, or levels, of scanning. Each gives you different things. Tier 1 costs 1 stamina, T2 costs 3 stamina, and T3 costs 10.
    Scanning Skill
Each time you collect something from scanning, your scanning skill goes up by one. This contributs to how many crates and the amount of stuff in the crates. However, this is still random.

    The Uselessness of Radar
Radar is a base upgrade that should NOT ever be used. Increasing your scanning area does nothing. Radar only uses an upgrade slot and takes up income. Again, don't equip it.

    TIBERIUM
    Obtaining Tiberium
There are a few ways to obtain Tiberium, the premium currency. The first is leveling up. Each time you level up you gain about ten Tiberium. The second is completing Tapjoy offers. Go to the Black Market and click 'free.' This will bring you to a screen where you can complete the offers. The last way is hopping, which will be explained soon.
    Uses for Tiberium
Tiberium is the premium currency of the game, so it has many uses. These can be found in the Black Market. I suggest purchasing skill points early on and staying away from refills.
    Hopping
Hopping is the most popular way to get Tib. Each area you don't have a base in will give you Tib when you do put one on it. By placing bases in a line with warehouses and DCs and destroying one a week after it was created, they can earn unlimited Tberium.

    INCOME
    Overview of Income
To earn any significant amount of money, you need to have a good income. You earn this through bases and their upgrades. However, some upgrades decrease income, as do weapons. Your income will fill up for 24 hours and then stop. Anywhere in this time you can collect your income. Do this by going to your profile and clicking collect below 'income.' This will take you to your income page where you hit collect again.
    Overhead and Income Skill
Your income skill is used to decrease something called Overhead. The calculation of Overhead is unclear, but the larger your skill, the lower your Overhead.

    DISPUTES
    How to dispute
To dispute, select 'Dispute' on the home page. Find someone that looks like this:

    Example_Dude
    $even 🔪even
    Or
    $poor 🔪even

Then click dispute and there you go! Be sure you have equipped agents as well.
    Why Dispute?
If you have plenty of R and upgrades, or are close to leveling up, dispute! It gives you both cash and experience, a double win!
    Dispute Skill
If you dispute a larger player than you, you have a chance to improve your dispute skill. This improves your cash award and chance of winning.

    SYNDICATES
    Joining a Syndicate
To join a syndicate, you must be invited. Message the owner of the syndicate you wish to join. If there is a vacancy and you meet that syn's requirements, he will invite you.
List of Syndicates and their owners
    Blood Moon-Owner:Fritzmann
    BP Atlantic-Owner:🌰SquirrelPig🐷
    Demonic Uprising-Owner: Dragonk1n9
    Liberal Alliance-Owner: LiberalDemocrat
    LastBrethFyters-Owner: WillTurner00
    The Grey-Owner: Tronic
    BP Florida-Owner: undertaker65
    Pledge ENY-Owner: SoMuchJello
    CRWP-Owner: PsySocio

These are the first syndicates on the Syndicate Recruitment page. I will add more on soon.
    Syndicate Gifting
In your syn, you can 'gift' items to other players daily. It can be 1-10k cash, 5-20 tib, or 10-30 R. (These are conservative numbers FYI) Go to your Syn's page and select 'send gift' under the person's name who you wish to send the gift.

    PORTALS
    Overview
Portals are a new feature in the game. There is an official strategy guide on the stickied above, so I won't go into too much detail.
    Building a portal
To build a portal, you must:
    •Be level 36
    •Have a portal
    •Be in a Syndicate
Scan (T3) the map until you find a portal. Equip it to a base. It will take 24 hours for the portal to activate. Now your clannies can join you any time!
    Portal Cooldown.
There is a 24 hour cooldown each time you use a portal before you can use another. Visit your clan page under the tab 'portals' to see your remaining cooldown time.

    OTHER STUFF
    Recovering or Deleting an account
If you did not secure your account, the easiest way to Delete is is to message support. I just sent them an email to delete my old account, Psych. Here is what I wrote:

Hello! My name is Fritzmann, formerly known as Psych. A while ago, I quit GS. I came back and forgot my password, and my old account is very rooted in my hometown, making it very hard for me to get director there. If you could, please delete this account.
    Thank you,
    Fritz

They should reply in about 48 hours if you're lucky. Recovering an account is done in much the same way, though I have never done that before.

    Acquisition
To acquire a base, build one of your bases bigger than your targets. Put this base as close as possible. Wait 24 hours. Then attack and acquire.

    C4
C4 is a strategic element of the game. It destroys one upgrade of a target base. To obtain it, scan (T2) on the map. Click the target base, scroll to the bottom, click 'use item' and select the amount of C4.

  • 👥Uncle Bobby🐝👥

Size of base means nothing. It's all about how many agents you have that are equipped with weapons. Nice strategy guide though man. Keep it up.

24 hrs is not correct, it takes me 7 days to build a portal and subsequently 7 days to recharge after use.

    Thanks Treybo. My bad

  • 🍺Squirrel+Pig🍺

The base cost is not correct. The high end is in millions. I currently top out around 11 million dollars, which is based on worker count. They cost more in smaller spaces (which typically grant lower TIB, but higher financial return daily). The smaller space paradigm breaks down in certain European territories, like in France, Poland, and Austria, where all territories are 6 TIB, and expensive, regardless of size.

Thank you. I have started work on a second draft and will be sure to include this in it.

Bump. This one is long, and most overlaps with the in-game help section, but somewhat worth a read through for newer players.
