  When attacking with c4 target the smaller bases and the older established bases.

  The reason people don't pull down their older bases is because they contain valuable upgrades, the less important upgrades are pulled down for hopping purposes.

  This strategy will change as the player your targeting gets more warehouse upgrades as they will multi load a base and hide their important upgrades, then just target their older bases as there's something worthwhile destroying in there.

  And attacking a base with multi warehouse upgrades can still destroy every upgrade in that base......
