  Am I supposed to assign weapons to agents? I have alot of weapons, but Im not sure if I should be putting them at certain Armories etc. and what about C4? Hiw is that used? Thanks.

  Your strongest weapons are automatically equipped to your agents. One attack weapon and one defense weapon per agent. C4 destroys 1-2 upgrades on a base, and drops the base's health. You can only use it if you have your own base within 62 miles of the target.
