  I have seen a lot of people asking how to get them there are only 3 ways. #1 buy them for 60 Tiberium #2 you can buy them on your territories (turf) #3 you can scan and loot them and then equip them to your turf. Chances of looting one are unknown at this point in the game I'm sure we will find out soon enough though

  #2 doesn't exist.

  I don't think you can actually buy them for your base. You can obtain them by adding the armory upgrade that you get from scanning. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

  Never mind sorry yep your right you can only equip the armories that you have looted

  Ok. I get it. If they don't have weapons or armour they don't count towards your total.
