  I’m limited to 4, why?

  Why are some greyed out? What am I missing??

  There doesn’t seem to be good directions to this game, any tips would be helpful

  The maximum number of upgrades that you can place on a base is 4. Later on in the game, you'll unlock warehouses, which will let you build more upgrades.

  Some upgrades are grayed out because you have to scan the map to find upgrades. Only then can you build them.
