  Use skill points on stamina. You have enough energy for now.

  The bottom four skills will increase on their own as you play the game. Each base you build gives you 10 base building skills. Each upgrade/resource cache you collect gives you 1 scanning skill. Collecting daily income gives you 10 income skill. Dispute skill comes from disputing other players.

  Your main focus aside from stamina should be maxing base building and scanning. Then you will have increased build range and increase returns from scans. But don’t waste skill points on them.
