Scanning Glitch! WTF!

  One single time when I was scanning I could scan anywhere in a territory I had a base in. Plus when I would collect it it would give 30 resources per cache, or like 25 workshops every item cache!

  Similar thing happened to me except I didn't get as many resources from it.

  In the mornings I get 12 resources from tier 3..... After 7pm I get 27+

  Just got 6 oil refineries in one
  And an average of 20 resources
