  Don't collect until your ready to spend, it takes 24 hours to completely fill up your income ready for collection.

  So there's not a bank and its only safe prior to collecting? That means that there is no need to stock pile cash. Right now I'm spending as fast as I can, but I have billions saved in TW. We would want to save cash eventually.

  Yeah that's all fine and good if your income is where u get your cash from. Don't go cash hunting through disputes if u don't need the cash immediately.
