  I think C4 is appropriate at times. Others, no. Like all the players who only get it to C4 people for laughs. That's when the use of C4 gets abused a bit.

  Nice comment! I'm not a big user of C4, i prefer mass the most i can before use it in an ultimate moment! And use my amont like nuclear bomb during the cold war! Your are always cold to attack some one when he can answer you with the same streng! 😏😈😏 maiby more!

  I would like to know how much C4 some syndicates have. If I have a 1000 C4 & 100,000 influence and then piss off some scrubs, where the whole syndicate has 500 C4 & 5,000 influence, I'm fucked. The wars over because I have 950 C4 & 50,000 influence left and they have 0 C4 & still shit for influence. Saving C4 isn't as important as banked resources and base upgrades.
