  Also, the answer to your question. If the person overlapping you has almost 6k agents then you just lay low, play nice & continue to build bases. Oh yeah, did I mention be nice? Mouthing off is a sure fire way to ensure your base won't stay overlapped for long.

  Well no, the idea is to have existing, knowledgable players teach the new ones... Its pretty simple and an easy way to help the game become more populated.
