So I am currently in Montenegro, and I can't build anywhere in the country :( anybody know any possible solutions. I am near a road or highway yet still can't build.

I was in pencilvania and went to ca and I was within the radious and it said I was too far from existing bases WTF later it let me though.

How do you spoof? Serious question. Aside from giving my info to some one far away and allow them to set up under my name I don't get it. I fly for a living and very soon I will be traveling again and I don't want to get screwed on this. I didn't have a problem with TWs keeping up so I hope GS will be the same.
