  I noticed some threads had been deleted but wanted to know if folks who exploited the base-building range bug got to keep the tib they got hopping around and claiming all those territories?

  So... By Nick post, players will keep the discovery tib for new territories but won't refund tib used in fast-tracked base construction when bug was live and bases will be eliminated.
