Share Base Upgrades in Syndicate

  I have a member in my syndicate who is struggling to get agent upgrades, I think since we can share Tib, we should be able to share base upgrades. Thoughts on this?

  👍👍👍, one limit: the player recieving must be of high eneough level that he could get it on his own. (He must be at the level required to loot the item in order to receive it), you can't have a level one recieving warehouses and stuff.
