  When you have only half as many bases as workers, for example, 50/100, or less, base upgrades should construct twice as fast. Two workers collaborate on the same base. This would make people buy more workers so more $ for Nick!

  I like it however instead of a number(50/100) use a percentage say 15% of total workers.
