  Some players have a base building skill far above the max of 15,000. I proposed two solutions: 1. Set their base building skill back to 15,000 and compensate them with Tiberium, or 2. Change the max base building skill to 25,000 so everyone is limited to the same max skill (currently, the highest building skill for all players is near 23,000).

  What's wrong with having 23000/15000?

  It means that they could hop much further than everybody else, which isn't fair for those capped at 15000. It's like having a third of your mob equipped with brens in TW
