  Something i've been thinking for a while. ...Quit wasting my tier 3 scans with your misplaced agent upgrades! Tier one: Barracks (+1)
  Tier two: (where private securities should be, +2)
  Tier 3: ARC (+3)

  Yeah. They are the medium agent upgrade and should be scanned in their second teir. 👍
