PR Warning

  Can we get the -PR removed from inactive accounts? There are thousands of bases held by dead accounts, why are accounts that havnt been logged into in 2-3 years still being protected?

  It's a bad idea to steal inactive bases because they decrease the diversity of an area and lower the income bonus (more diverse areas give more $ and inactives will never replace lost bases)
  PR thingy is a problem only if the inactive player clogs up a significant portion of an area, leading to less potential for diversity in the future

  The amount of people in an area have hardly any effect on the income bonus.
