    We need a Dev Q/A Sticky at the top of Strategy/ Help. Because there are a lot of odd mechanics in this game that need to be clarified. :D Ex: The Director Bonus. Some places have MASSIVE bonuses (110%+) whilst others are stuck at 10%.

    Could we have an explanation on how dispute skill points are earned as well. I can attack a level 51 and get none :(
