Combine upgrades

  Say you have 4 amories, thats 4 upgrade slots right there. What if you could combine them into the next tier of that item, say an agent recruiting center, at the price of a few reaources and cash. The same would go for influence upgrades too. It would give a purpose to those useless small upgrades and another thing to do with cash. ayone else thing they should do this?

  no theres a reason we have stamina and its to get these loots that are already easy enough to get
